What exactly is a “Medical Intuitive & Healer”?
It means I combine clinical training with intuitive insight. My background includes 20+ years in functional nutrition, naturopathy, and holistic counseling, plus a God-given ability to “read” the body and spirit. I look at physical, emotional, and energetic patterns to help uncover what’s really going on—so we can support true healing.
Do I need to believe in intuition or energy work for this to help me?
Not at all. Many of my clients are practical, science-minded people who are surprised at how accurate and helpful the intuitive side of our work is. You’ll also leave each session with grounded, actionable steps—so even if you’re skeptical, you’ll still get real value.
What happens in a session?
Sessions are 60 minutes and completely personalized. We’ll start with what’s most pressing for you right now—whether physical symptoms, emotional struggles, or feeling spiritually stuck. From there, I may use functional nutrition, intuitive insight, energy clearing, emotional release, or spiritual guidance. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and practical next steps.
Can one session really make a difference?
Yes. Many people feel lighter, clearer, and more hopeful after just one session. That said, deeper healing usually unfolds over time, and some clients choose to book additional sessions as needed. It’s completely up to you.
Do I have to share everything?
No. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Often, my intuitive insights can guide the session even if you don’t have the words. This is a safe space—there’s no judgment or pressure.
What if I don't know exactly what's wrong?
You don't need to have anything figured out before we start. Sometimes the best healing happens when we stop trying to think our way through everything, and start listening to what our body, emotions, and soul are actually trying to tell us. We'll figure it out together. That's literally what I'm here for.
How do I prepare for my session?
Come as you are. No need to have it all together or know exactly what you want to work on. A quiet space, a journal, and an open mind are all that’s helpful.
Is this covered by insurance?
No, sessions are private pay only. However, you may be able to use your HSA/FSA. Be sure to check your benefits. Additionally, many clients find the clarity and breakthroughs they receive save them time, money, and stress compared to chasing fragmented care elsewhere.
