Complex carbs from oats, almond flour, or sweet potato

Minimal sugar—look for natural sweeteners like banana, raw honey, dates, or maple syrup

Perfect for post-workout, breakfast, a quick snack on the go, hubby’s lunchbox, and for dessert! Our favorites are Chocolate Chip Banana Bread and Double Chocolate. Feel free to customize your own creations or use these recipes to get you started!
Flavor Combo #1—Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Protein Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I like Orgain Plant Based)
1 cup of oats (I like One Degree Organics)
2 tbsp of nut/seed butter (I use sunflower seed butter)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (Hu or Enjoy Life)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder (Otto’s Grain Free Baking Powder)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend oats in a blender cup to make oat flour.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth texture is achieved.
Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet using 1/4 cup measuring cup. Be sure to leave a little space between each cookie.
Flatten slightly and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool & enjoy!
Store cookies in the fridge.
Flavor Combo #2—Double Chocolate Protein Cookies
Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend oats in a blender cup to make oat flour.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth texture is achieved.
Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet using 1/4 cup measuring cup. Be sure to leave a little space between each cookie.
